Fikar Welfare Foundation is a community-driven nonprofit working to transform lives through education. Registered in January 2025 under the Society Registration Act, 1973, we operate in educationally underserved areas of Madhya Pradesh, where lack of awareness, guidance, and resources prevents talented students from reaching their potential.We believe education is the most powerful tool for breaking cycles of poverty and building dignified futures.
Our primary objectives are
- Spread awareness through community seminars and neighborhood meetings, helping families understand education’s long-term value
- Provide mentorship by connecting students with professionals who offer career counseling and exam guidance
- Offer financial support for school fees, coaching, and hostel expenses to deserving students from economically weak backgrounds
What we have done so far
- Established a free coaching center in Qila Basti, Sabalgarh—serving students in one of Morena’s most backward localities
- Honored 40+ high-achieving students at our Medhavi Chhatra Samman Samaroh 2025, attended by 250+ community members
- Conducted awareness programs across multiple underserved neighborhoods
